New to CrossFit? Perfect!

You’ve come to the right place.

Our class structure is easy to follow. Each 60-minute class is fully led from beginning to end by one of our talented coaches. They will bring you through:

  • a general warm-up to get the blood flowing

  • specific movement prep that is relevant to that days workout

  • teach all the movements for that days workout

  • adjust & modify movements as necessary on an individual basis

Once the workout begins, your coach will be right there with you making sure you are moving well and getting a great workout.
