There is much more to health living than what we accomplish in the gym. We believe Nutrition, Sleep, Movement, Making Connections, and embracing a Growth Mindset are all equally important.
Nutrition is the base of our healthy living pyramid. Our nutrition system is simple: eat lean meats, plenty of veggies, some fruits, avoid processed foods as often as possible, and slow down to enjoy your food.
We are always busy and the first place we often steal time from is sleep. But this is a huge mistake. Proper sleep enables us to be more productive, grants us better decision making skills, and improves hormone balance.
When the opportunity strikes, get moving. Take the stairs, chase your kids, go for a walk, get in a workout. Move more often. Move everyday!
Embrace a growth mindset. Believe that who you are today is just the starting point for a better you. Replace the negative voice in your head with positive thoughts. Choose to know you are capable of great things.
